We are sorry to hear that the document did not meet your expectations, however the order specification as shown on your Order Confirmation emails states 'hole punching: none'. (comments relate to hard back printing only) I looked at a number of companies offering hard back book printing and chose Doxzoo because the quoted price was reasonable, the submission process was straightforward and the turn-around from point of ordering to delivery was quite quick (in this instance, important for me). Good points..... 1. Relatively straightforward to upload a file and the ability to 'virtually'leaf through each page to check on the layout is good. 2. The 'on line' chat function is useful and quick to respond. Not so good points...... 1. The tool to design your own cover is a bit tricky to use and it might be easier to line up and centre text / pictures if the front cover, back cover and spine were presented as three distinct layouts rather than all in one. 2. (for hard back books) there is only 1 paper option (100gsm); if you have a lot of colour photos, these can show through from the reverse side of the page. A heavier weight paper would prevent this and give the end product a more professional and less flimsy feel. To conclude, the overall quality of the books was okay but rather let down by the inability to choose a heavier weight paper; for this reason alone, I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

I was annoyed that I could not use my 20% new customer discount as I had placed the order already. That would have made my experience 100%

Hi Natasha, Thanks for your recent order. As you've noticed, in order to apply the 20% registration discount to your first order, you need to register before the order is completed. As the order was placed before you registered, the order could not be edited and the discount could not be applied. However the discount code is valid for 1 use per account (there is no expiry date), so you are welcome to use it on your second order instead. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

This print quality is good and the speed was nice. Less can be said for the packaging . The leafs were loose in a loose fitting box the tape was peeling off of too so when I opened them up they had been sliding around inside loose and care free. As such the top few had been damaged and couldn’t be used.

Good end result - printing was pretty high quality. We paid for express service, but there was a delay in printing which they only let us know about when we got in touch to ask where our order was. They definitely need to be a bit more transparent and proactive in their customer service, but we'd probably give them another try with a non-urgent order.

Pleased with the finished article. It’s as I expected. The preview function when doing the order was fiddly though. It didn’t work on Safari, even though all my plugins are up to date. Had to use Chrome. Also not too pleased that you covered my documents in bubble wrap. Totally unnecessary and non-recyclable. What a shame for the environment.

Regarding the bubble wrap, we are sorry you thought this was unnecessary. When an order consists of multiple bound items we make a judgement call on whether or not it needs additional packaging to ensure it is delivered in tip top condition. As your order included 6 separate wire bound documents, the decision was made to bubble wrap it. This ensured that each spine did not damage the other documents whilst in transit with the courier. Good paper quality and printing but unfortunately the document did not arrived on the date, it was suppose to be presented on my final degree show but I couldn't presented it.

As advised throughout the site, checkout process and on the order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails, Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated and not trackable. Product was good quality and delivered in the timescale agreed. However, the website functionality is complex, I tried several times to find how to add a spine colour and wording to a paperback binding. I carried on with the order anyway in the knowledge that I'd call first thing in the morning to discuss the order and clarify what I wanted. No answer from the office number so left a message asking for them to get back to me, they didn't. I called the next day and they explained the website is in the process of being changed and my order had already been printed.

The quality of products were fantastic, very happy with the results, however, very dissapointed in the courier service. I paid extra for the express delivery through courier and the company lost half of my order which had devasting results for me as it was part of my final grade at university. Tried to complain to the company and they were not interested. Would not recommend dpd as they have cost me a great deal of hassel and stress and a whole lot of money. Didnt get half of my order in the end, so very dissapointed in that
