“Not very good waiting for 10 days for repair”

Dear D Grenberg, You have not provided any info to be able to identify you and your experience, so our response is on face value. While 10 days isn't the norm at Domex, we do some times have busy periods, much as restaurants, NHS and train companies. We have capacity which although flexible, isn't much as we'd like it to be or possible to be. Therefore, turnaround time could some time go over 10 days. On average we work around 5-7days but it is average and I am sorry that you were on the longer side of this metric. Had we know who you are, we would've been able to look in more detail and give exact explanation for the delay. I hope you found "better/quicker" service elsewhere. Regards, Graham R. Domex

“The man came in my house introducing himself. Very nice guy.And my washing machine was broken.He repair the washing mashine replacing one of the pieces.Very happy with his costumer services.Straight to the point.Just one word...I ll recomand to all my friends in case they need.Well done!!!😉”

“I had a bit of an issue with getting an engineer on time but in the end everything was sorted. They sent in an engineer the next day and sorted the whole thing. The engineer was very professional and polite. Very happy with the service. Good job guys. Only one suggestion is that the waiting time on the phone to get to the customer service could be improved on. Thank you”

“First class. The engineer came within a few days of the request for the service, identified the problem and had my Smeg freezer fixed in an hour. And you can't beat Domex on price - was charged less than £100 where other companies were quoting £400....”

“The ice maker on my LG fridge/freezer stopped working and was leaking, booked appointment for the very next day and Tom phoned 30 mins before arriving on time. He offered to put overshoes on to protect my carpets, he even washed his hands so as not to make the freezer dirty. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it and serviced he ice maker, it is now working correctly. A terrific service by a very helpful engineer.”
