“Canter was very helpful and efficient, he made the process very seamless and was very efficient. The work was professionally done as well, great problem solving and communication skills. Will definitely be back and will be sending some friends here.”

“Excellent service from contacting and booking appointment to the appointment itself. Everything was extremely efficient, keeping me informed of the engineer’s arrival, complete with his name, ID info and vehicle registration number. The engineer was so thorough in his examination and tests on the freezer, explaining the situation and what probably caused the emergency. He confirmed all was in excellent working order, no repair was necessary and so, as stated on their quote and website, I was only charged the Diagnostic Fee. I received his detailed report a few days later. I have no hesitation in recommending Domex, a very professional company, and have already passed details to family and friends.”

“Transparent pricing upfront. Ease of booking on website. Fast reliable service. Knowledge of the product to be repaired. Polite and courteous technicians. Problem and rectification explained. I have used them 4 times (fridge and washing machine). Only with the fridge where there was an underlying problem; I had to book a second visit, which found the actual fault (a faulty thermometer, which had caused the ice build up, which was thought to be the problem on the first visit ). I understand now that the work comes with a 12 month guarantee. I trust them and recommend them.”

“Got an appointment within a couple of days. I was telephoned to confirm time of arrival. The engineer was polite and answered my questions. He used shoe covering to ensure no mess on my flooring. He did a great job fixing my washer/dryer.”
