“I came across Domex engineers through my previous extended appliance insurance and was so impressed with them that we decided to ditch extended insurance and pay Domex directly as and when needed. I appreciate the 2 tier payment system of call out then repair so we can decide whether to repair or replace, a very fair system. All the engineers I have seen so far have been great and I happily recommend this company as fast, efficient and friendly. The booking system is easy to use and they keep you well informed. Their engineer arrived today and found the problem and fixed my washing machine in one visit, wonderful.. couldn't have asked for better service.. thanks Tsetso!”

“Domex offers a speedy, reliable and transparent service, using trusted professional engineers who are very good at their jobs. The engineer who fixed my appliance, Elisha, is professional, courteous and respectful, showing me his ID on arrival and wearing shoe protectors when in the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it clearly to me. He offered to order the parts required only if I was happy to proceed, which I was. I never felt pressurised or unsure of what was needed, his excellent communication skills meant I felt fully in control of the situation. He returned today with the parts, and completed the repair efficiently and to a high standard. He is an excellent engineer and ambassador for Domex, thank you Elisha. I’m delighted with the 2 times I have now used Domex for 2 different appliances. Their website is so easy to use, offering clear pricing and tracking, you can arrange visits for when it suits you and charges are fair for the excellent service I have received. I would absolutely recommend this company for any domestic appliance issues!”

“I booked an engineer to fix our washing machine. The entire process was smooth and professional - the company sends a text to book an engineer plus you can track his arrival time on the app as well as see his picture and vehicle registration plate number for your safety. I would definitely book again, the engineer was very professional and knowledgeable.”
