“Kuda recently attended an engineer visit at my property to assess and repair an issue with my fridge/freezer, and I was extremely impressed with his service. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and respectful of my home. What really stood out was how clear and thorough he was in communicating what he was doing at each step of the process. He explained the fault in simple terms, talked me through the repair, and made sure I understood what to expect moving forward. His calm and confident manner immediately put me at ease, and it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kuda to anyone needing a skilled and reliable engineer. Thank you again!”

“We've just recently had a booked appointment with Domex UK 🇬🇧 regarding my Leisure 110 range cooker due to afew faults and the 2 Domex engineers (1 a supervisor 2 a new training engineer)visited our home were extremely polite and well mannered throughout the service ensuring our range cooker was fully repaired plus ordered a new light blub for us too. “Perfect experience. Rado was polite, found the issue with my tumble dryer quickly, fixed it, and kept my house tidy and clean throughout the whole process. I've used so many other trades in the past and they always destroy my house or damage something. But not Domex, they are top quality and I cannot recommend highly enough. So happy with this experience.”

“Konstantin (Kosta) was efficient and personable. The replacement hinges were delayed due to our oven being 14 years old but we were kept informed and fitted in as soon as the parts were in stock. My cakes didn’t sink this afternoon. Great service. I highly recommend them.”

“We had issues with our old dishwasher in January 2025. Ultimately the machine couldn't be fixed without replacing substantial parts. However Domex's engineer, Kim, did a great job sorting out what the problem was. Kim was very organised, polite, tidy and professional (he visited twice) and he's a credit to the company. Domex are a very trustworthy business and we have booked them on several occasions. You pay for a good service and we have no problem recommending them.”

“Quick assistance and fast resolution, clear communication and expectations set. Friendly service and professional. Price a bit salty however is well paid because the engineer definitely knows what he is doing and has all the knowledge and tools to come with the best results for something it’s no easy fix for someone that is clueless to this type of issues.”
