“Transparent pricing upfront. Ease of booking on website. Fast reliable service. Knowledge of the product to be repaired. Polite and courteous technicians. Problem and rectification explained. I have used them 4 times (fridge and washing machine). Only with the fridge where there was an underlying problem; I had to book a second visit, which found the actual fault (a faulty thermometer, which had caused the ice build up, which was thought to be the problem on the first visit ). I understand now that the work comes with a 12 month guarantee. I trust them and recommend them.”

“Got an appointment within a couple of days. I was telephoned to confirm time of arrival. The engineer was polite and answered my questions. He used shoe covering to ensure no mess on my flooring. He did a great job fixing my washer/dryer.”

“Was very pleased with the service from start the finish. A booking slot for the job was scheduled super quick . “Kuda recently attended an engineer visit at my property to assess and repair an issue with my fridge/freezer, and I was extremely impressed with his service. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and respectful of my home. What really stood out was how clear and thorough he was in communicating what he was doing at each step of the process. He explained the fault in simple terms, talked me through the repair, and made sure I understood what to expect moving forward. His calm and confident manner immediately put me at ease, and it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took in his work. “We've just recently had a booked appointment with Domex UK 🇬🇧 regarding my Leisure 110 range cooker due to afew faults and the 2 Domex engineers (1 a supervisor 2 a new training engineer)visited our home were extremely polite and well mannered throughout the service ensuring our range cooker was fully repaired plus ordered a new light blub for us too.
