“I was so upset that I had to throw a lot of food away having just filled up the fridge and freezer due to it being Christmas. My Miele fridge/freezer had basically died. Domex sent an engineer named Vlady to repair it. I was so impressed with his knowledge, he explained why and what the problem was and that he’ll get it up and running again. Not only did he repair it but it’s working as if it’s brand new. I can’t thank Vlady enough. He was polite and respectful and he is an asset to Domex. I was thinking of buying a new fridge/ freezer as I didn’t think it would ever work again. Thankyou Vlady and thankyou Domex. I will be recommending you to my friends and family.”

“Really pleased. Prices including calm out element were competitive. Got an appointment date a week or so in advance but asked to go on a cancellation and got a text and then an appointment the next day. Nice engineer, seemed to know what he was doing and diligent - cleaning and preventing any damage. Fridge fixed and good price”

“I had a problem with the motor of my Smeg Fridge freezer. The fridge was not working properly and was making very loud noises. Domex quickly arranged a visit by one of their Engineers, who diagnosed a problem with the motor. A replacement was sourced quickly and today, within less than 3 weeks, the motor was speedily and efficiently replaced by the same engineer.. The Engineer was pleasant helpful and very efficient. I would certainly use Domex again.”

“Victor was very polite, thorough and knew how to take my hoover washing machine apart and fix it under warranty. His work was clean, tidy and vey meticulous. He sorted out the problem in around 40 minutes and had my washing machine up and running. Highly recommended engineer and extremely polite and helpful.”

“My 17-year-old LG Fridge Freezer (side-by-side) was leaking water from the ice dispenser - apart from that everything worked fine. Constantine from Domex was polite, tidy, efficient and very careful when dismantling the front to access the faulty ice path shutter and carry out a repair because spare parts for this model are no longer available. I was given a 11am - 3pm repair slot. He arrived at 12.10pm. I will use Domex again - my next door neighbour had recommended them for their freezer repair.”

“Kavinga repaired our dishwasher so well. Thoroughly checked why it wasn’t working - is now perfect. Kavinga is very professional and has a friendly easy manner. So pleased! The price was very reasonable and customer service excellent would thoroughly recommend a Domex.”

“A Domex engineer called Sid visited to carry out a repair, he was one of the politest engineers I have ever met. He knew exactly what he was doing, pinpointed the fault immediately and repaired within minutes-brilliant job. Highly recommend If I could give six stars I would”

“Akhil came to replace on my Blomberg washing machine, job Ref: 22410789, the heater and also pointed out, that I was not unaware of, the rubber seal of my washing machine door which looked very worn. Akhil explained to me in detail on how to take care of my Blomberg washing machine and advised what limescale products remover to use, which I purchased from him. Before going to his next appointment, Akhil put the limescale remover tablet inside my washing machine and he made sure that I understood fully on how to take care of my washing machine. I got an excellent 5 star service from Akhil and he is a brilliant and conscientious engineer.”

“Sid visited today to replace the Door handle on my Beko fridge. He was polite, friendly and efficient and he didn’t waste time chatting, Just got on with the repair and then left. Great.”
