Victor was very polite, thorough and knew how to take my hoover washing machine apart and fix it under warranty. His work was clean, tidy and vey meticulous. He sorted out the problem in around 40 minutes and had my washing machine up and running. Highly recommended engineer and extremely polite and helpful.
