Engineer visited to fix my Smeg extractor fan. Phoned to let me know he was 15 minutes away, was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Fixed the problem and took the time to explain exactly what had been wrong in terms I could understand!

Domex came out and diagnosed that my range cooker needed a new induction generator. I paid for the parts and labour up front and they visited to do the repair. I was present during the repair and after around 1.5 hrs I asked them how it was going. I was told fine and that they would be finished in 10 minutes. I popped back after 10mins and found that they had already left, my mobile then rang, they were calling me from their van and told me cooker not fixed and more parts are needed. I rang Domex and they asked me pay for 2 more parts costing hundreds of pounds on top of what I have already paid. I have asked for some clarity over what they had done and for a service report but no one can answer any of my questions and say that there is no service report available. I have spoken to Domex twice now and each time they have promised to get back to me and failed to do so. I am currently left waiting for basic information with no apology or explanation - and still with a cooker that needs fixing....

They came out very quickly and sent a very knowledgeable and charming engineer who understood my concerns and explained how I could improve the performance. He also corrected my understanding of the various wash cycles. Time will tell if this fixes the issue but today I am very impressed.

I found Domex online and liked what had been written in the Customer Reviews. They handled the problem with my Range Cooker extremely well. Two Service Engineers had to attend because they had to lift the cooker out to deal with the problem. Both of them were very polite and courteous and dealt with the issue efficiently. I have no problem in recommending Domex. I will definitely be using Domex again for any other issues which may occur.

We were originally given an appointment one week ahead but due to the engineer finishing his jobs for that day early he came the same day. He was extremely efficient and very polite. Machine fixed instantly and ready for two suitcases of holiday clothes to be washed !

Our engineer Vas was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He fixed our fridge in great time and saved the day. When you have an engineer who is as personable as Vas, it makes the experience great. You can teach most people to be an engineer, but you cant teach someone how to be personable. Great asset to Domex.

The Domex service technician identified the issues with our oven (very old model) arranged the parts and returned to complete the as scheduled. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend Domex as an outstanding service provider.

Job Ref.17260864. (KRIS). Arrived at time he said he would. My oven element had broke and was replaced very quick and efficiently. Engineer Kris was very polite, if need be I would definitely use Domex again and would recommend them to anyone.
