“I was referred by the manufacturer for a repair to the washing machine. Domex was able to bring my appointment forward. Evgeni, the engineer, arrived on time. He addressed the problem quickly, checked that everything was in working order, and gave additional sound advice. He was polite and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use Domex again, or recommend them to friends.”

“4 year old Freezer brake down. Service engineer arrived as planned very courteous and thorough, eventually condemning the unit and recommending replacement unit Heres to a new unit!”
