“Happy with the service domex provided. From clear pricing at the beginning to a very friendly engineer who did a quick job. Punctual and called 15 minutes before arriving. He was very good at explaining the issue with my oven and I trusted him to do a good job.”

“Your initial diagnostic on our Smeg lower oven grill was excellent, and the follow-up phone call was quick, efficient, polite and clear. Our second appointment to repair the grill was equally excellent on 15th May 2017. Your engineer Kris was most impressive, very polite and very knowledgeable. He sorted everything for us with alacrity and left us feeling very happy with a job well done. Thank you”
