Absolute ripoff. They charged me $28 and once I paid that said they couldn't unlock unless I paid another $118. Pure garbage. Run far and fast. Anyone who claims to have had a positive experience is an employee of this so called company or paid by them to lie.

Scam, they probably cannot unlock most modern phones, since the unlocking is web based nowadays and no phone unlocks with unlock codes anymore. I paid them 30 dollars for eligibility checks, and after they qualified my phone for unlocking I paid another 50. Of course they could not unlock it. The locking is web-based. They kept stalling when I asked for refund, so I disputed the credit card transactions. They were canceled by my bank, and now they charged me a dispute fee and threaten me to blacklist my device if I don't pay them . Web Mafia. I will seek legal action against them, and will try to take the website down or block it from united states. They don't know who they messed with.

This company is a scam. Every step costs more money. After 10 hours, I got an email saying that they couldn’t unlock my phone because I owed $742 on an account that’s been closed for almost a year and a half but they “negotiated a good deal for me” down to $299. Don’t waste your time and money. Fortunately, I only lost $78.

The company is charging $28 to unlock the phone “to check eligibility” once you finished paying the $28. They charged an additional $50 stating the 1st pay was to check eligibility which I had to pay an additional $50. The following day they asked for an additional $285 cause of additional fees to unlock device for an outstanding balance on the device which is inaccurate as the device has been fully paid via at&t. This company is adding fees on top of fees and taking advantage of consumers.

I wish I would have done more research before the initial payment to them. It is VERY unclear that the payment is not to Unlock the phone. Its to see 'IF' they can unlock the phone, what a joke. Then the price goes up from there. They start sending a bunch of emails. Warnings that if you do anything on your end to get the payment back they will permanently put in a block on your IMEI # so it can't be used. Very shady, stay away.

Complete fraud. They charge $28.99 initially without stating that there are more charges to unlock the phone. Once $28.99 is paid, they charge $50 more and once this amount is paid, they ask for much more stating premium service is required. It is simply a scam and fraud. Stay away from them

I paid to have this iPad unlocked for the advertised price of $49.99. I read all the fine print and nowhere did it say that there would be another $50 charge. This seems to be clickbait and false advertising. If it was clearly stated that there would be an additional $50 charge after confirming the eligibility of unlocking the iPad, then I would not be concerned, and I would have continued with the process. Hiding the additional $50 charge until after I paid $49.99 is unethical and gives me pause to continue. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

They charge you 2 times. They dont unlock your cell. Just after 10 days says its imposible to do it and give you a credit note. There is nobody in the other side. All the aswers are made from chatgtp. Dont waste your money with this company. They are fraud and scam

Totally negative experience. They ensure a service at a fairly low cost. Too bad that the surprise is around the corner: halfway through the job they ask for another large expense because according to them the first phase should ensure the possibility of unlocking the phone. Once it is established that it is feasible and the next step has been paid, they ask you to wait for the definitive unlocking. Final response after 48 hours? the terminal cannot be unlocked. So what were the initial checks for? No refund, just a "credit note" that I personally will never use because I don't usually buy network-locked terminals (this cell phone was a gift from a friend). Non-existent assistance, every time they tell a lot of lies. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND THIS SERVICE. 1000% AWFUL Esperienza totalmente negativa. Assicurano un servizio con un costo abbastanza contenuto. Peccato che la sorpresa è dietro l'angolo: a metà del lavoro chiedono un altra cospicua spesa perchè secondo loro la prima fase dovrebbe assicurare la possibilità di sbloccare il telefono. Assodato che la cosa è fattibile e pagato lo step successivo, chiedono di aspettare per lo sblocco definitivo. Risposta finale dopo 48 ore? il terminale non si può sbloccare. Niente rimborso, solo una "nota di credito" che io personalmente non userò mai perchè non sono solito comprare terminali bloccati da rete (questo cellulare era un regalo di un amico). so these scammers made me pay them to check my phone and verify if it could be. u locked. They claimed they verified everything and said there would not be a problem in my phone would be unlocked within 24 hours. Based on that guarantee, I paid them the additional money to have my phone unlocked. Today they tell me they are not able to unlike my phone that I need to pay them an additional 200+ dollars but don’t worry because they gave me an $80 credit. I will be reporting them to this Texas state Attorney General’s office, the BBB, CFPB, And any other government agency, I can think of
