“The stove was delivered on the day they said ,but still waiting for the back flue box ,have contacted direct stoves and its going to be 5 /7 days direct from manufacturer the stove was delivered 24th November hope fully we get it before Christmas not sure which one”

“Stove was cancelled by us and cost £145 return postage. .yet to have it delivered only costs £45 ....mmmm someone es maths out ....It was also only half way here ....”

“Ordered and received the most beautiful electric stove from Direct Stoves. The process was quick and easy and delivery was spot on and very quick. I had to contact the customer service team a couple of times due to an error on my part and they were so helpful and responsive. Excellent all round - thank you Direct Stoves!”

“The service I have received from Direct Stoves has been fantastic. The stove itself is excellent and the customer service has been great. My only negative experience was dealing with the courier company. The delivery driver was incredibly surly and unhelpful. He refused to use the trolly he had in his hands to wheel the heavy stove into my front door. He left the crated stove on the road in-between a bin and a parked car and when I asked for help wheeling it into my property, he refused saying that he had delivered it and that his job was done. I would strongly recommend that Direct Stoves look into the matter and potentially consider partnering with an alternative courier company, as they really do represent Direct Stoves in that situation. Other than that, my experience has been great, and I would highly recommend Direct Stoves to anybody looking to have a wood burner installed. Many thanks, Paul.”
