Appliance was very easy to order and full details of purchase quickly forthcoming by email. Item was well packed and secure upon delivery. However, l was informed l would receive an SMS about 2 hours prior to delivery about ETA, this did not happen so unprepared when delivery arrived. Checked email just in case, nothing. Text actually arrived 4+ hours after delivery!! But the delivery man was fantastic, very helpful, courteous and polite. Upon opening boxed appliance. could not find any information about how to register item for guarantee. Have yet to contact company regarding this. Delivery arrived on the day expected.
