“The price was reasonable We are yet to unwrap the box, so are only able to comment about the stove itself after the installation. The deliveries were all in good timing. We can't praise more for the staff for their effective communication. Thank you so much for being so kind and always prompt in replying!”

“We recently purchased a Firefox compact fire with all necessary for a fit including installation. There was a delay with the wrong flue sent so when it came to the installation day the fitter, although tried, could not fit. The team Julie and Karen were informed they rectified the order and ensured we still got fitted before Christmas. The fitter Lee was excellent. We are truly delighted with our purchase and are now very warm and cosy many thanks to the whole team.”

“I would highly recommend this company, there was always someone to talk to not a machine and so helpful, i purchased a wood burning stove and a stove pipe these were received on time and in excellent condition, we had to return the stove pipe as wasn't required and was very easy to do.”
