“The sales lady was good after that went all down hill they pit all the blame for not turning up on the fitter. No aftercare still not received my certificate after several requests”

Hi Shirley, Thank you for your review, and for your positive feedback regarding your experience with our sales team, We're sorry for any inconvenience regarding the installation process. As you may be aware, the HETAS registered installer would generally notify HETAS of the installation and HETAS would then post out the certificate(s) of compliance. Lead times for these can be changeable and it is not unheard of for this to take a few weeks longer than usual in busy periods where HETAS may be processing a large number of new installations. For any queries relating to the HETAS certification, we would recommend speaking to the installing engineer, as they are not employed by ourselves and will be best positioned to advise. “Ordered a pit boss navigator and due to a problem pit boss had with a part for that grill I was upgraded to a pit boss pro. Direct stoves were helpful and responsive at every stage throughout. Would use again”

“Whilst the stove supplied was wrongly advertised and not suitable for our needs the company admitted fault and issued a full refund without quibble. So whilst the stove was not suitable I would highly recommend the company for the way in which the matter was dealt with. Do not let our slight glich put you off, if there is a problem it will be dealt with to your satisfaction.”

“Solid little stove at a competitive price. Delivery was prompt although delayed one day due to weather conditions elsewhere, which wasn't actively communicated. However, each time I spoke with customer service they were responsive and helpful. Stove arrived in a secure pallet to doorstep (think it was extra for delivery to room). All in all, I would use Direct Stoves again.”

“Only hing I have an issue with was whilst fitting the fitter said fuel was for wood burner yet it was a multi fuel that I bought so was advised to use oily as a wood burner but service was quick”

“Great product and great service and delivery, the delivery driver even assisted me in hiding the smoker in the garage (not an easy task for something so big it comes on a pallet) as it was a surprise gift for my husband”
