“Very easy process to send of our old cam-corder films, really good communication and a speedy turn-around. I chose the USB stick in the order but purchased the cloud option after, it is much easier and a good hub to share with family. Really exciting to see the films again and the family loved it. I would highly recommend Digital Converters and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“We finally got around to converting 26 of our VHSC small camcorder cassettes to digital plus our wedding VHS. Can't fault the ease of doing this online through the website. The option of numbering and giving titles to each DVD we ordered helped to put them in chronological order too. Good updates on progress of the order and advice on the condition of our tapes to be converted. Prompt turnaround and postage label ready to print. All we had to do was package the tapes up to send off. Very pleased with the results.”

“Success! Those 2 reel to reel tapes I found in an old envelope were swiftly converted to mp3 files by Digital Convertors and it was worth every penny. Really well organised by DC and given the age of the tapes, how they had been kept and the 1960s/70s technology used to record on them back in the day, the results were very pleasing. My brother and I can finally hear our old dad playing the piano again!”

“We haven't been able to listen to the recordings yet as they are a Christmas gift. The communication from Digital Converters has been excellent. The service was quite quick. The only thing I was surprised by was that the return box rattled because the contents had not been secured with sufficient packaging. The instructions for packaging by the customer were very detailed, so I would suggest that your dispatch staff should read those instructions and do likewise when returning items to the customer.”

“Excellent service. Been wanting to put old videos on memory stick for years. So worried they would be damaged or lost. Decided to trust digital converters. I can’t thank them enough. Communication and the ability to make me feel confident and safe with the service is second to none. I was able to track progress throughout. Got my precious memories back within 2 weeks have watched them on tv countless times so far . I’ve laughed and cried they are so precious to me . You are absolute genius and a very good price too.
