“Fantastic service with great communication. Our tapes were collected at an arranged suitable time by Royal Mail and returned to us 2 weeks later along with the memory sticks that they’d been transferred on to. A link to digital converters allowed us to watch the progress while the tapes were in the process of being transferred. I would definitely recommend them and cannot praise them highly enough.”

“Digital converters my choice after searching everywhere, and we’re popping up everywhere, and I wanted to hand my video Personally and pick it up once it was completed. Even though we were a good drive away I thought this was worth it. I was really pleased with the staff there in person and messaging everything was explained, and the whole experience was 1st class I would recommend these to anyone. “Having recently decided to to have camcorder tapes converted to usb sticks I was feeling quite apprehensive about posting them off to any company. My preference was to use someone local as the tapes were full of precious family memories. I began checking reviews for Digetal Converters and so pleased that I did. From 1st contact the professionalism was fantastic and I was kept informed through the full process. Would 100% recommend the company and most definitely use them again. “I found some old home video tapes and Digital Converters put them into a pen drive in less than a week. Sending them off to the company was easy, i was kept informed of progress and the finished product was great. Turnaround time was excellent. It was quite pricey ( but I’ve no idea of price of other similar companies) but it was great to view the old videos with no loss of quality. Well done.”

“I Had A 16mm Movie Print That I Needed To Be Put On A Dvd !? I Rang Digital Converters And Talked To Some Lovely Staff, Who Took Me Through All My Questions? And Told Me What To Do To Send It To Them. I Asked If I Could Get It Done By A Certain Date, As The Dvd Was Going To Be A Birthday Present! They Said They Would Do There Best. Well, They Went Above & Beyond ! And I Got The Film & All The Dvds I Wanted All Done & Sent Back To Me In A Week !? I Can't Belive It !... THANK YOU All At Digital Converters ! All The Staff Get ***** Service Medals. I Will Certainly Reccomend DC To Anyone Who Needs This Service! If Your Thinking Of Sorting Out Your Old Home Movies, I Would Give Them A Look! “My partner had some old cine films from childhood days. Which she has always wanted to view. So as a birthday present I wanted to get them transferred to DVD. Being a bit sceptical about sending these treasured memories of I came across Digital Converters. I placed an order online which was very simple and straightforward. They sent me a postal label. They confirmed receipt of the films and said they could process them within 48 hours. And they were true to their word. They kept me updated with the process. Sure enough 4 days later I received my disc and cine film back. The disc brought back memories for her and thoroughly made her birthday- so thank you Digital Converters. Definitely be using you again.”

“The process was explained stage by stage which was very helpful. We received notification of receipt as well as advising the condition of the tapes. The whole process took a week. I would certainly recommend Digital Converters.”
