“I am disappointed with the quality of the video from the camcorder, especially as your email indicated that the qualiry was good. The vhs recording was much better quality.”

“More than it says on the tin. Excellent service, constant comms on updates and they even refunded the fee for a blank tape i sent them. Then what i got was high quality and accurate. Highly reccomended”

“Excellent company. Quick and helpful responses to any queries. The order/sending process is very clear. Super- fast service - my videos were digitised and returned in just over a week. “A first-class experience with this company. They were so quick to respond to my enquiry and guided me every step of the way. I had a query with trying to include something on the order form and they set up some separate notes to accommodate this. Otherwise I found the form really easy to use, including setting up the wording I wanted to appear on each DVD, and printing the postage label. The communication is superb, they let you know at what stage your order is at all times and all instructions are so clear. The whole process is efficient and seamless. I received my set of DVDs back within a week beautifully presented in a case. I have not yet viewed them but DC sent a report to say no issues had been found with the conversion and I am so delighted to have our family memories safely preserved.”

Hi Michael, Thanks for using our service, and sorry to hear the quality wasn't quite what you were hoping for. With DVD transfers unfortunately we are limited by the quality of the source material, which I can see in this case was originally a cine film, which was then transferred to a VHS tape, which was then transferred to the DVD. If you still have the original cine film we could certainly get a better quality transfer of that. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. All the best, Mark

“I found some old video tapes at my late father’s house and wanted to preserve the memories. This company transferred them to DVD for me, and the results were fantastic. One of the tapes had snapped, but they were able to repair it and transfer the footage successfully. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I’m so happy with my order. Being able to see my late mum and dad again was incredibly special and brought back so many wonderful memories. It was truly lovely to watch. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Because their service was outstandingly good I had intended to write an unsolicited review on TrustPilot. However, this request beat me to it so I'll give my thoughts here. I used DC following a recommendation from my son who had recently used them himself. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. The DC website is clear, helpful and attractive into the bargain. Having placed my order online DC kept me fully informed about progress and turned the order round in quick time. Quality was excellent and the price competitive.. All in all, I could not have been more pleased. I recommend DC to anyone who is looking for digital conversion work.”

“I had 10 cine reels of my dads, filmed in the 1970s and no way to watch them. Digital converters were excellent. Really quick turnover. I had additional questions and they advised me. Such an easy process. Honestly I can’t thank them enough. My childhood memories, events I’d forgotten about, people who are no longer with me. It was so great to see them again. An emotional watch but so wonderful”
