“The whole standard of service was amazing. “I’m so grateful for my experience with Digital Converters. They offer a quick turnaround and great quality, backed by a very helpful team (I had an absolute doozy of a portal query, and they had an answer for me in minutes!). But above all, because of DC, I got to hear my late nana’s voice and see her laugh for the first time in over a decade, and see my great grandma who passed when I was 5. Seeing my mum and auntie’s reaction to seeing their mum, as well as their own nana again was priceless. My auntie’s direct quote: 'It is so lovely to see her.' Thank you for the incredible work you do.”

“Extremely pleased with our digitised videos. Brilliant. Great service from start to finish. I do however worry about the use of Royal Mail as their delivery agent as in my opinion it is a most untrusted delivery service, particularly when taking care of precious memories. Digital converters, Great.”

“First class service in all aspects, high quality work, very reasonable prices, excellent communication and very easy instructions to prepare tapes to send. I sent some very old tapes almost 40yr old that were amazingly recovered, sent them just over a week before their busiest time and received them one Christmas eve nearly 40 tapes amazing service”
