“I sent two VHS C tapes for conversion to DVD. It took five days from sending them to receiving the DVD. I was kept informed at all stages of the process. Quality of the reproduction is very good considering the tapes were over 30 years old.”

“I never write reviews but if I hadn't been asked yo write this one, i'd have been sending DC a personal email. They restored what were unplayable tapes made on a 20 year old video camera to footage on a memory stick. It was an absolute joy to see and hear foortage of my daughter when she was a toddler (24 years ago!) and my late mum and other friends and relatives. The footage was clear and fresh, the sound was ok. Overall I'm really happy with what DC did with my tapes. Thanks so much, worth every penny!”

“Reasonable price and excellent service from start to finish. I have been thinking about converting my old VHS tapes to DVD for a long time but didn't really know who to go to so the results would be worth the effort. I need not have worried, the results are excellent and it has been great to look back at events from decades ago. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again.”

“Digital Converters exceeded any expectations I had. I was kept informed of every step of the process and never felt as though my precious videos had disappeared into the abyss. You never know, once they're posted they're gone. I was told when they arrived, what was happening, when they'd been dispatched. “Such a great service, we sent 17 tapes but one was blank and they refunded us super quick. I had forgotten what we had on the tapes and it made me laugh and cry to watch them again. The service was quick and they kept you updated through the process. Could not be more pleased and worth every penny. Great job.”

“From first contact to delivery of my discs communication was excellent. Precise instructions were given on how to pack my tapes and send to Digital Converters and an easy print address label was also available. The discs were returned within a week and the quality of the conversion from VHS tape to DVD is excellent. I will definately use them again. Garth Bridgwood”
