“Very clear in all instructions on website on what to do. Quick turnaround and response to any queries. Able to phone direct and speak to someone. They don't do editing ie I was hoping to to have tapes in date order. Did discuss and they explained their process. For the price and overall service I would highly recommend. Can be confident your memories are in safe hands.”

“Received a first rate service throughout. Handled all of my queries promptly and thoroughly. Particularly appreciated the report on the transfer process which highlighted a couple of defects in some of my media (30 years old!) but they sorted it out. Highly recommend. The cloud option is ideal as a back of the back up !”

“Excellent service . I felt rather apprehensive posting my VHS cassette from my wedding 25 years ago . However , I was reassured by the excellent communication from Digital converters . The quick return of my cassettes and the quality of my video was excellent . We really enjoyed watching our wedding video on our silver anniversary . I would highly recommend this company .”

“We got digital copies of some very old and pretty worn photographs. They did an excellent job on the copies and improving the sharpness and clarity of the prints. Whole process very straightforward with great communication throughout. Very impressed. Would recommend 100%”

“Fantastic service was notified when my parcel arrived with them , how the conversion went and when it had been despatched back to me. When I spoke to them on the phone to see if they could help me the gentleman was very helpful and I definitely would recommend this company .
