“Prompt service High quality product”

“Everything worked from boxing up, dispatch, to getting my stuff returned. It's a prompt service and the conversions worked well. Good communications. Only negative is that it's quite pricey if you've got a lot to convert. However I no longer have to keep bulky flammable tapes that I never watch.”

“Received the items ordered within a good timeframe. Received what I ordered and was of satisfactory quality. I did have an issue with the initial order on-line but a good customer service team were able to resolve the concern, their email was obvious on their website, which in my opinion is a good sign that a company actually gives a damn about the services it offers it's customers. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Played through the Media Player the onscreen information suggested that the CD contained 'Recitation, Pt. 1. Omar Qazabiri. Salat Tarawih, Vol 7 [Quran-Coran-Islam]' Definitely not what was recorded on the CD!”

“Took a little longer than I expected, but all done very well, and returned to my door in good condition. The cloud storage is a good option that allows you to view your films as soon as they are completed. Recommend.”
