“The tapes were returned in good order and the conversion is good quality. The only complaint I have is that the titles on the tapes were wrong. Took me a while to figure which was the right one.”

“Loved my videos and the quality was wonderful and service very good. My postman left the box on my doorstep in the rain while I was out though so I sent an email suggesting they put the originals in plastic bag as these got saturated, but the stick was in a bag so no disappointment but my originals are possibly waterlogged. That’s the only reason I left a 4”

“Always quick and great communication. Would def be 5 stars if my converted VHS video tape was provided broken down into smaller file sizes, rather than have devices struggle to load and play an file which is over 2gb.”

“Easy process to place order. Sent off VHS tapes and received back DVDs in a matter of a few days. Great service and home movies all looked good. Only negative but not a serious problem was the DVDs were mislabelled. Cost not excessive.”

“I selected Digital Converters having found them via google. I sent off my VHS tapes and requested these to be transcribed to a digi stick. Although there was little information (such as how DC could pause or create natural breaks in the film), i trusted that i would get my data back safely. I had emails texts and the package was turned around within 2 weeks. I would reccomend to anyone that this was a good experience.”

“Everything worked from boxing up, dispatch, to getting my stuff returned. It's a prompt service and the conversions worked well. Good communications. Only negative is that it's quite pricey if you've got a lot to convert. However I no longer have to keep bulky flammable tapes that I never watch.”
