“Sent 8 tapes for digitising. They refunded the cost of two of them as they were blank. The rest were converted to MP4 quickly and with good quality. Very happy with the service.”

“Excellent and personal customer service, timely delivery. Sending off 25 tapes I was naturally a little nervous about making sure everything ran smoothly. Digital Converters were patient with my questions, very quick to respond, and never did it have the feeling that you were being treated like a 'ticket' to respond to by staff in a contact centre somewhere far away. The process couldn't have been easier, our 25 tapes took about a week (maybe a little over) and you can track the progress online, which gives you reassurance that everything has been actioned and is just working its way through. I particularly liked that they give you a condition report on which (if any) tapes didn't go so well (given their age, etc), so you know what to expect as you start to look through the converted files. in our case 2 of 25 didn't go so well, one of which may have been a pre-existing issue anyway. We were very happy with that outcome. The only slight problem we had was with Royal Mail and the pick up service to send the tapes to Digital Converters., with Royal Mail claiming they couldn't see that we'd selected the option where RM provides the label/QR code, not us. This resulted in a delay as the postman refused to take our package and was thoroughly unhelpful about the whole thing. In the end we took the tapes to a post office and sent them off ourselves, it just seemed easier and less likely that the tapes may get lost on the way, or something like this. Of course, this isn't the fault of Digital Converters and we all know how rubbish RM is. My only feedback would be to re-consider which courier/postal service they partner with. With that said, RM returned our tapes to us very quickly and without issue. Wouldn't hesitate to use DC again and it's one of the best businesses i've dealt with in years.”

“So easy to do on their website. Clear instructions and then regular communications after to tell me my videos had been received, then what the quality of the videos were (very good) and when they had been dispatched. USB stick looks great and it was lovely to be able to watch my videos again. Was able to compare a London skyline from 1998 to today - just amazing!”

“Perfect service. Handing over such prized possessions isn’t easy. This company took great care of my items and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. I did have an issue with some parts of the memory stick sticking, it was resolved immediately and two new sticks were sent to me first class, and the issue was completely resolved. Highly recommend this company. Excellent service. Best money I’ve ever spent. The memories are priceless.”
