“Digital Converters did a magnificent job in transferring the VHS tape to DVD with hardly any noticeable difference, if there was any, in audio or picture quality. With the advancement of technology in visual viewing, finding identical VHS content on DVD is getting harder to do. I have a VHS tape of Manchester United's 300 all-time greatest goals from the 1960's through the 70's, 80's & the 90's. I highly recommend this company, and I will use them again, as I have many more VHS tapes that are not available on DVD anymore.”

“I recorded my grandsons wedding on my Panasonic nv-ds55b camera which is at least 25 years old. Digital Converters made a fantastic copy on to a USB memory stick, it only took a few days, £28 was all it cost. xxxxx”

“We got some 8mm video tapes and minidiscs scanned and transferred to DVDs and on a memory stick. Very pleased with the service and finished items. They were not the cheapest, but stated quickest turnaround which they fulfilled easily.”

“Excellent and personal customer service, timely delivery. Sending off 25 tapes I was naturally a little nervous about making sure everything ran smoothly. Digital Converters were patient with my questions, very quick to respond, and never did it have the feeling that you were being treated like a 'ticket' to respond to by staff in a contact centre somewhere far away. The process couldn't have been easier, our 25 tapes took about a week (maybe a little over) and you can track the progress online, which gives you reassurance that everything has been actioned and is just working its way through. I particularly liked that they give you a condition report on which (if any) tapes didn't go so well (given their age, etc), so you know what to expect as you start to look through the converted files. in our case 2 of 25 didn't go so well, one of which may have been a pre-existing issue anyway. We were very happy with that outcome. The only slight problem we had was with Royal Mail and the pick up service to send the tapes to Digital Converters., with Royal Mail claiming they couldn't see that we'd selected the option where RM provides the label/QR code, not us. This resulted in a delay as the postman refused to take our package and was thoroughly unhelpful about the whole thing. In the end we took the tapes to a post office and sent them off ourselves, it just seemed easier and less likely that the tapes may get lost on the way, or something like this. Of course, this isn't the fault of Digital Converters and we all know how rubbish RM is. My only feedback would be to re-consider which courier/postal service they partner with. With that said, RM returned our tapes to us very quickly and without issue. Wouldn't hesitate to use DC again and it's one of the best businesses i've dealt with in years.”
