“Easy to order. Found another reel to be converted. Rang customer service and managed to add to my order. Was informed when they received my items , emailed me when they had coverted my reels to DVD and USB stick. Very pleased with conversion and service.”

“Was lovely sending off old cine films found when we cleared my mum’s house and not really knowing what was on them. The service was great and the quality excellent. I was a bit nervous about using an online service but I checked the reviews (excellent) and wasn’t disappointed with Digital Converters.”

“From beginning to end I can only praise your excellent service! My initial telephone enquiry was handled in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner. The ordering of the conversions via your comprehensive and clear web site was straightforward. I was kept informed when the key stages of the process were reached, and the job was completed within the quoted time period. Royal Mail also provided a really good service in getting our originals to you, and delivering them and their digital versions back to us, both safely and in a timely manner. And, of course, the most appreciated part of the service was the way Digital Converters looked after our original tapes and got the very best conversions out of the quality of some very old videos, some of which were 35 years old and hadn’t been stored in the best of places during a lot of those years! Bearing in mind that we were sending priceless and irreplaceable family treasures to you it was a great relief that the faith and trust we put in Digital Conversions has been more than fully rewarded. I have tried to think of any way you could have provided a better service and just cannot think of anything at all! Thank you so much – your excellent work is going to bring a lot of joy this Christmas to the various branches of our family!
