“Digital Converters did such a great job from start to finish. They were helpful on the phone, it was easy to send them my old reel to reel audio tapes and the turnaround was very fast. I had been worried that the audio quality would not be good enough but it all came back great. I am so happy with the result and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much. “I’m not sure where to start with this, I am absolutely blown away by the service provided and the DVD copy I received. Digital Converters were incredibly responsive to my messages and turned the conversion around very quickly. The quality of the film is amazing and I know there will be many (happy) tears on Christmas Day, when I play my mum a video of her wedding day from 57 years ago that she doesn’t even know exists. So many lost loved ones feature and it feels like digital converters have brought them back to life as I remember them. Thank you so much”

“I cannot express my delight. I had a video of our engagement party, another event, and our wedding, all of which happened 30 years ago. I never expected to see them again, but Digital Converters did a remarkable job and now I have all the footage on my laptop ready to add new music, some photos, and present it to my wife of 30 years on Christmas day. The service was also exceptionally quick.”

“Its all fantastic, enjoying hours of fun looking at past videos brings back so many memories of where we have lived, places visited, our children when they were young and seeing and hearing older relatives who are sadly no longer with us! A lot of our time was in Asia and I listed the name of one of the tapes (168361 T2) as "Kamakura Japan 1988" My wife and I did chuckle when we saw you had titled the CD Rom " Kamasutra," Japan 1988 !!! It raised a few eyebrows at the family viewing! He He !”

“I like the way Digital Converters communicates with the customer. The description of their services is clear, as are the isntructions for sending your media to them. Acknowledging receipt and getting regular updates in the conversion process add confidence that they know what they are doing and direct links with the postal tracking system when they send things back is a nice touch. The quality of conversion seems good and everything is returned carefull packed. Well done!”
