“Over 40 reels of cine film were discovered whilst clearing out a family member's home. They were in a pretty sorry state and I wasn't sure what if anything could be retrieved from them. I was impressed by the number of 5* ratings and reviews Digital Converters had, plus great timing with a 20% discount on top of the discount for the number of reels I wanted digitising. The online process was very straightforward as was the postage. There was great communication all through the process and I recived the memory sticks much quicker than I expected depite saying there was no rush. I've still to view the last few reels but it's so good to see those no longer here, happy and funny family moments, familiar places and places far away. So glad I did this and can share the moments with others. Thanks for this amazing service you have.”

“I don't often write reviews unless there are good reasons to do so. And Digital Converters are very good reasons and what all the best companies should be like. Website superb, very well thought through, easy to understand, simple and it works so 100%. A brief phone call to ask a question was immediately answered clearly. The process of preparing our tape is beautifully explained on the website which then brilliantly provides a code to your phone which you take to the post office who print out an address label, postage already paid. Super easy despatch! Digital Converters then kept me in touch on receipt of our tape, (always reassuring knowing something has worked), provided me with a report that the converting was done and that the results good with no issues and finally told me they had despatched my tape plus memory stick with the conversion. All this in just 6 days. The delight we subsequently had viewing our younger son and friends from 20 years ago was entirely surpassed when they saw it. Thank you Digital Converters that and it were brilliant!”

“Service was excellent - opted for the pre paid and was. Wry easy to drop off and send. I got regular updates on them both receiving the tapes and then step by step processing. I also opted for digital deliver which worked a treat and I got my tapes back in a heart beat. Brilliant service”

“I can't recommend Digital Converters highly enough. I entrusted them with my precious old home videos of my baby, and they preserved every memory beautifully. “Digital Converters transferred 13 camcorder tapes in total for us and we were so pleased with the service they provided. Took about a week and was posted back to us with Royal Mail and free delivery. Have started watching them and it was so lovely to see our children from years ago and our parents who are no longer with us. Such precious memories. Thank you so much for such a great service.”

“Fantastic service with great communication. Our tapes were collected at an arranged suitable time by Royal Mail and returned to us 2 weeks later along with the memory sticks that they’d been transferred on to. A link to digital converters allowed us to watch the progress while the tapes were in the process of being transferred. I would definitely recommend them and cannot praise them highly enough.”

“Digital converters my choice after searching everywhere, and we’re popping up everywhere, and I wanted to hand my video Personally and pick it up once it was completed. Even though we were a good drive away I thought this was worth it. I was really pleased with the staff there in person and messaging everything was explained, and the whole experience was 1st class I would recommend these to anyone. “Having recently decided to to have camcorder tapes converted to usb sticks I was feeling quite apprehensive about posting them off to any company. My preference was to use someone local as the tapes were full of precious family memories. I began checking reviews for Digetal Converters and so pleased that I did.
