“So happy I found this company. We got married in 2002 and we had a cd from a videotape we had made several years ago which we lost. We no longer have anything that plays cds anymore so was happy to see that times have indeed moved on and we had the option to choose a usb. It plugged straight into the tv no problem. It was an emotional watch after so many years :) The process was quick and easy. We were able to be kept updated via a link in their email.”

“They have completed two orders for me now in the space of a month. The first was fourteen tapes and the second a further six tapes. The process is very easy. All you need is a box to send the videos. The rest is done for you. You can arrange pick up from home from the Post Office (and they supply the label) and you get a mail from the comapny on the day the tapes arrive, plus a link that allows you to track each tape and what stage it is at in the conversion process. I arranged for the first batch to be converted to USB stick but to be honest when I got the mail to say it was complete I then paid for the cloud access so I could get it that day. To be fair the original tapes and USB arrived the next day anyway but having done the second batch via the cloud it is much easier and more convenient and you can download to your computer from the folder in the cloud anyway. One small hiccup with one of the tapes not converting the full three hours but this was resolved very rapidly and the communication and responsiveness was absolutely excellent all the way through. I've now had three different people who have seen the videos ask where I had it done and are now digging their tapes out of the loft. So I'd say if you're thinking about it then go for it. Conversion quality is excellent and your tapes are 100% safe door to door to door. Brilliant !!! So pleased I took the plunge”

“Ordered a transfer of 8mm to USB, Simple online ordering and payment and a reasonable price too, with options of how to receive the digitised file. Price is an important factor as with 8mm film it is almost impossible to know what the digitised image will be, it might be very uninteresting! My USB file worked fine and I have ordered transfers of more 8mm reels. Just a comment, not a fault: it would be useful if the site could explain briefly how and where 8mm files transferred to MP4 format can normally be played - most DVD players cannot play MP4 format, also a computer may need additional software to play them if you use USB or cloud as source. This is the customer's problem, but some succinct advice on the site would be useful.”
