“From first contact to delivery of my discs communication was excellent. Precise instructions were given on how to pack my tapes and send to Digital Converters and an easy print address label was also available. The discs were returned within a week and the quality of the conversion from VHS tape to DVD is excellent. I will definately use them again. Garth Bridgwood”

“I literally came across this company by accident as I was looking for a vhs converter tape to digitise my collection. I thought oh well they look good let’s give it a go. I did have everything crossed as my Video 8 collection contained our children’s childhood. I certainly made a good decision, this company kept in touch throughout the whole process, which purely involved me indexing my collection (which had been done at the time they were made in 1994 and forward) and packaging them up. They were even collected from my home. My collection was collected/delivered to the company/processed and returned to us in a week! Just incredible, I cannot recommend this company highly enough and as soon as I sort them I will be sending my 110 slides for conversion. Thank you Digital Converters for providing such an excellent service.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Clear instruction on how to send your media. Regular updates on progress from the moment it is received by digital converters to the point where it is dispatch. Probably the best updates I have had for any service. Quality product received which was safly packed and delivered. The option to obtain more copies was also avaiable for 60 days. Delighted with both the service and the final product. I have already recommended digital converters to friends and family.”

“Really concerned about sending precious tapes in the post and them getting lost forever,but nothing to worry about as the whole process was professionally handled from start to finish,it was wonderful to play tapes that had been boxed up for years and to have the quality upgraded in the digital process,5 stars,will be using this fantastic service again.”

“Excellent Experience I finally decided to get four 70-year old cine films converted to digital format. I found the website to be very user-friendly and the dispatch procedure and regular order progress updates had obviously been well thought out. The price for such a specialised service was very reasonable and I was delighted to view the results after so many years.”

“I cannot fault the service I received from digital converters, from me placing the order the communication was excellent, it was simple to send the package to them and I could see online at what stage my reels were at on their transfer journey. I was informed of when they were sending my things back and I received them within 2 days of it being sent. On the whole it was a great experience and I will definitely be sending them the rest of my cine reels!”
