“Excellent service - so happy - had 23 old cassettes with wonderful memories of loved ones that have now passed and my children young do so much fun watching them all- all catalogued in order onto one memory stick - ordered two more copies after watching it sll fir my grownup children- it’s been wonderful remembering so many forgotten occasions and hearing the voices of those passed again - Thsnk you so much team xx will be finding more to send soon”

“Extremely helpful in my initial phone call, followed by very prompt response to my emailed queries. Instructions for sending my tapes and printing the free postage label were clear and easy to follow. All 20 arrived back to me well packaged and very quickly with the reds contained in a neat folder. I'm extremely pleased with the results on the dvds, even the one taken from a video tape made of old cine reel footage from the 60s! Memories of family and friends now able to be viewed again at last and passed down to our grown up children.”

“Smooth and easy experience from start to finish. I had a mixture of 13 x Cine 8mm, VHS-C and DV tapes to be converted. The DV tapes were both broken but they managed to repair one of them so I was happy to get those memories recoverd. The Cine 8 tapes have no sound but they put some lovely piano music as playback music. My last order was returned to me in 7 days. I have just sent them my third set of Cine 8mm for conversion as they are excellent. You can track the whole process through their email link which is great. I really trust Digital Convertors and fully recommend them.”

“I sent 4 videos to be transferred onto usb. All transferred ok, my only bugbear is not being able to skip some frames like I'd be able to fast forward on the video tape or a film which I'm a little disappointed with. I assumed I'd be able to. The quality of the recordings aren't fabulous but that's 1980/'90s video recorders, can't change the quality of the pictures. The usb is as the video recording. Other than that, all ok.”
