“Sending tapes was easy , clear instructions. Could track every stage of process .Good professional results obtained, despite tapes being 30 years old ! Fast return of tapes and memory stick. Highly satisfied, would highly recommend using this service / company to everyone.”

“Totally brilliant service from all the staff who were on hand and spent considerable time explaining in detail how everything works. A really proficient and professional outfit who fixed an old broken cam corder tape and transferred 29 old valuable family tapes of around 25 to 35 years old onto USB stick, and posted another USB free of charge when I informed them that my TV couldn't read the data. I spoke to the guys on the phone and also by email. Don't go elsewhere, this Company are great, and very reliable”

“I sent 5 old camcorder tapes from 1999/2000 that had been in the attic for 20 years ... got them back within a week. Regular updates of what stage the order was at and secure delivery back to me. Brilliant service and recommend without a doubt!”

“A very slick professional organisation. From start to finish we just felt very confident that our precious wedding video would be treated carefully and not lost. Once we received the email confirming what to do , we felt everything just made sense and flowed with checkpoints along the way. We ultimately received 2 usb sticks and a dvd of our VHS video from 1986 ! We have played it to our family members using the TV and of computers. The only issue being we've all aged. Very pleased indeed with the whole customer experience. It's made us very happy at what is a small price to pay for a very professional organisation Thankyou from us both Josh and Marie”

“I spent many months thinking about sending my video to be converted. Saw lots of reviews for digital converters. Seam like every review was 5 star which made me feel it was too good to be true. After more days thinking about send my 12 tapes, mostly tapes from 1981 and clearly 80s. The tapes were in bad condition, audio was very bad, probably because my tape recorder was very old. From sending my tapes to recieving them back after digitalized took 10 days. The quality was a lot better, they were more viewable and the sound quality was great. Following week I found 5 more tapes I thought was lost so I sent them off to be converted. Same setvice and experience. The cloud storage is really good as I have shared all the videos with my family by adding family members emails to the cloud so they can log in and view. 5 out of 5. 😃”

“Phoned the company rather than message and spoke to a very pleasant chap who explained the process and costs. After some thought decided to go ahead because I really wanted the cam corder tapes converted. Everything went seamlessly and within 10 days I had two memory sticks and a set of discs to peruse at my leisure. Top class service”

“Sent my tapes off to Digital Converters and had them back in 7 days. The process is very easy and they give you instructions on how to send your tapes/media, etc and how to use the QR code at the post office. They send updates of the process and tracking links to monitor your parcel. Highly recommend!”
