“I am very happy with the service. Clear and easy instructions on how to prep and post the media. Updates on progress along the way and speedy service. I received my files before the estimated time. Also had a little issue with the login (self inflicted) and they replied swiftly with a solution. I do recommend!”

“So easy to use the service and I sent a 8mm tape that was 30 years old and they were able to transfer it to a memory stick who I I can plug into a tv or laptop. I was so happy as it showed my 21st during a trip around the world and thought I’d of lost it all due to age. So pleased with the fast efficient service and great communication throughout!”

“I had quite a few really old mini DV tapes to digitise. The process was made quite straightforward and the postage and packing info was really clear and helpful. They were pretty quick to turn them around and I was really happy with the files (I got them on memory stick). Good price, good service. Would absolutely recommend Digital Converters and would use them again.”

“I had 45 tapes fathering dust for a pretty reasonable amount per tap Digital Converters did a great job, very easy to sort before sending (be sure to name taps if you can) and it was quickly done with the videos just amazing. I cannot express how it feels to see this time in our children’s lives (1997 to 2007) especially relatives no longer with us. One thing I would say is I had trouble playing the USB on my TV. The issue was that some of the files were too large which meant the format was not acceptable to the TV. Using Windows I simply split the video in half. Worth bearing mind if you have an issue (I am sure DC would help you). Overall fantastic service.”

“Brilliant! Easy to use website and instructions for sending media in. Excellent service and quality of media converted. The best bit is I have emptied a whole drawer of old camcorder tapes and VHS tapes onto one memory stick. Will definitly reccommend.”
