“I am so happy with Digital Converters, and cannot recommend them enough. The instructions for sending the media were clear, the process simple, and at every stage you could check for updates on the online portal. The link for the online copies and then the returning of the originals plus the physical copies was smooth again, and the job they did with the videos brought so much joy - I never thought I would see such precious moments with my loved one again and in such good quality.”

“I am amazed by the quality of this conversion of a very old home produced cassette tape . It was a recording of my late husband and our granddaughter informally “in concert “. Very precious memories now on a memory stick. Thank you for such a prompt service.”

“Been meaning to get my old vhs videos converted for years and had read really good reviews about Digital Converters. Sent my precious memories off to them and I can honestly say they have been brilliant. Packing and posting instructions were really clear and my videos could be tracked to see where they were in the process. I got an email confirming they had arrived, then a report to say the quality of conversion was good. The process was very quick and our memory sticks containing our videos arrived a week or so later. We just couldn't believe how well they had turned out and my goodness we so enjoyed seeing our wedding video from 40 years ago along with lovely memories of our children's birthdays and holidays. Wish I'd sent them ages ago, highly recommend this company and have already sent a couple more vhs tapes I've found to them.”

“I have to say, I was first with the price of the service and the option they had , memory stick, CD or downloads from their cloud. When I received the CD and the download I was very happy with the quality, for this age of Video Cassette, 30 years, it looked like it was taken by an iPhone. Very happy thank you.”

“Fantastic service from beginning to end and great value for the price. I got 2 cine reels converted to DVD and digital. It was nerve-wracking sending off family memories that could never be replaced, but the instructions for packaging and sending the reels were clear, and I got confirmation as soon as they had been received. The turnaround time was quick and the results are great. The cine reels were securely sent back to us with the DVD. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.”
