“My initial enquiry was responded to providing the information required, allowing me to request appropriate samples for consideration; with further queries regarding the tiles being answered immediately by the Sales Team (Sophie McCloskey) which enabled me to make a decision and proceed with the order which was processed immediately, with delivery within two days. Very efficient and stress free process. My only negative comment is the additional sales emails now being received having been added to the customer base.”

“The product itself (carpet tiles) was a reasonable standard, however there was quite a bit of discrepancy in the sizes of the tiles. The web site was OK but i wish it had said it would take over a week to receive them via the courier.”

“Ordered the tiles I wanted online which were delivered the very next day, unfortunately the tape supplied had been lost in transit. I contact DCTUK, they phoned me and arranged a replacement for the next day which arrived when promised. Customer service from this company is second to none, absolutely the best I have come across in a long while!”

“Paid £50 for a speedy delivery that should have arrived on the Friday. It did not and I had to collect it from a local distribution centre as the works needed to be completed that weekend...as yet no explanation or refund”

“DCTUK did not make me happy. Yes they have a cool website full of "funny" comments but I would prefer a more professional approach. I had a few issues which I had to flag up, one of which they wanted to argue through with me until I made my point very clear. I did email my concerns directly to their sales director but no response. I would suggest a bit more attention to detail and less razamataz!”
