“First of all the selection of carpet tiles in both design, in quality and in colours was more than enough to have me looking at the site for hours. This was a real feat given that I knew I wanted brown tiles to start with. In the end after looking, reading and comparing I narrowed it down to four choices. In the end I chose the Chocolate Brown tiles as they had all I wanted including bitumen backed and castor tested and the price was right per tile while the sale was on. The next thing was the superb communication from DCTUK regarding my order. I was told when the items were packed, shipped and even had tracking information. The tiles arrived in perfect condition within the hour predicted. Finally the tiles are truly superb quality. My fitter was impressed with them and they look absolutely superb on the floor of my kitchen and bathroom. I laid them so the arrows all pint in the same direction as there were some cuts along two sides, on seeing them, my neighbour could not tell they were tiles! I only have five spare tiles from the 60 ordered, I was hoping for more but unfortunately I cannot buy a few and must buy 20, so I have to be careful. This however is a gripe and not a reflection on the company who provided faultless service from start to finish. I'd not hesitate to recommend DCTUK to anyone looking to buy carpet tiles.”

“No delivery within the agreed timescale (Friday latest last week!). Our project is now in delay. You said that there were 1000 in stock You have been paid and failed to deliver. We have received 4 tiles at a cost of over £100 each! What use is 4 tiles when we ordered 80?”

Hi Keith we're really sorry about the wrong quantity being delivered. We did successfully process your order for the correct amount but Interface made a mistake and delivered the wrong amount. There are enough tiles in stock and they will be with you tomorrow. Regards, Jon

“Samples arrived quickly. A phone call with a very helpful lady sorted out our order and the order was delivered on the day as requested. The carpet tiles have been laid and look lovely - haven't yet had time to test the stain resistance! This was our third lot of tiles from DCTUK and we have been pleased with them all.”

“Been waiting for my product for a long time. Still not received it. Had numerous text messages with delivery dates but none materialed. I understand delivery was delayed due the snow. However, We had 2 days of snow, but delivery been delayed by more than 7 days. Why that long ?? Not happy really”

Hi Saeed, we're really sorry you've experienced a delay with your order. We use DPD as a courier and usually they are very good at delivery on time. However on this occasion they have experienced a big delay due to the snow. As you say this should not cause such a long delay as you have experienced and we will be making DPD aware of this poor level of service. We are doing everything to expedite your delivery and have promised your delivery will be with you today before 12pm.

“Quick delivery on the 3 occasions that i have ordered and wow they just look fantastic now that i have put them down. Front room. Bedroom . And conservatory all look fantastic with these tiles laid. I will be ordering again soon to do bathroom.”
