“Our job has been left incomplete since the initial attempted fit 6 months ago. The order has been the most extensive catalogue of errors and appalling communication from their fitting department. Items were delivered piecemeal, in damaged packaging and not in time for the fitting date. The subcontracted fitters had performed a very untidy initial job, and damaged much of the Marmoleum through not having briefed themselves on the manufacturer's installation instructions. Furthermore, the fitters then attempted to blame the product which we have had perform extremely well in a neighbouring building with complex floor plan since 2006. The fitters have had to return 3 times to attempt, -and fail to-, remedy the varying issues. At no point during the entire experience have DCTUK contacted us to check the progress of installation, and on two occasions the fitters have simply failed to show on the day. Save yourself months of stress, and avoid this company. If you must use them, I would strongly advise you withheld full payment until completion.”

We are extremely sorry that you have received this service however we have rectified the situation and after speaking with you before the break you did confirm that now everything is to your satisfaction. This is a very unusual situation and we again apologise profusely for your incovenience. This problem was part of a bigger fit that you were happy with. I do hope that we could work again in the future!

“As a result we learnt never hire a service from a company who does quotes online. It cost us more than the double of what we first agreed and planned, plus many more days. Better to have a quote on the site then you know exactly how much it will cost. Not surprises, not excuses”

“I have used carpet planks to carpet my stairs landing and 2 bathrooms. I find them easy to work with and using planks it is possible to get them under sanitaryware without the need for any cutting required and this provides a perfect flush finish”

“I would have given an excellent as the service and tiles are excellent but this is the second time the order arrived in a damaged box although they were probably sent directly from the manufacturer.”

“Recently had an accident with a spillage so needed to replace our kitchen tiles and as they were bought from dctuk we thought we would use them again, and they still had the same tile & colour. We reordered enough tiles to replace the damaged ones and they arrived very quickly like before. I would 100% recommend this company as we have dealt with them in the past and have always had a first class service from them, even when we contacted their customer service dept.”
