“What can I say from start to finish? The service has been exceptional I gave the company some measurements for some floor tiles. Placed the order, paid in the morning and they were delivered the following afternoon. Absolutely brilliant. and above all a great price.”

“The customer service is pretty poor. There’s no save chat facility and you get ignored. I’ve no idea if it’s because my enquiry was small, but I asked twice for a quote and how much adhesive to order for the amount of carpet tiles I wanted. I ended up ignored. The point I kept having to write “hello” in the online chat. The agent then said they’d call me because they were still working it out, and never did. If the product was sold elsewhere I’d have gone elsewhere. So I worked it out myself and placed the order. The product itself is great. And my cats love it so don’t worry about pets thinking it feels weird under foot. Sample provided was good too. Happy with the price. So if you know what you want, and how much then go for it. Delivery communicated well. If you’ve got questions be prepared to be disappointed. Or contact them via email as you then have a copy of your own enquiry and who you’ve tried to talk to.”

“Top customer service from DCTUK, as usual - about my fourth or fifth order from them. Really good information on the website and via email chat with their sales team, helpful advice on fitting and the "Joys of Tackifier" (there is a book in there somewhere.... I just need to knuckle down and lay the tiles now. :-)”

“We were unable to have our initial order of tiles because they were out of stock, however, Ross came back very quickly with alternative suggestions and the samples arrived earlier than anticipated. We then placed the order and the tiles arrived very swiftly and appear to be excellent quality - we haven't got around to laying them yet. The service we received from Ross was outstanding, he was very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend the company.”

“I received the best customer service that I think I have ever experienced. I ordered the wrong colour tiles, and the team I spoke to jumped in and corrected it for me quickly. Every person I spoke to helped they were kind and professional and went beyond what I would have expected. I now have the correct tiles. I would highly recommend DCTUK Thank you”
