“We engaged with DCTUK to uplift our 1st floor office carpet tiles and replace with new. The process was very easy and the staff there are very attentive. Once booked in everything went very smoothly, the fitter put us completely at ease and did the job quicker than anticipated without any issue. The finished job is fantastic, we will be using DCTUK again for sure!”

“Ross was very helpful and very businesslike on the phone. He emailed and rang me and understood actually what was going on with my order . Explained to me the situation, I asked for a credit on the next order which he said no problem it had been noted, I love family run businesses, just like the old days and how it should be!! The only thing is I like to deal in cash just like the old days”

“The carpet tiles were spot on. Easy to order, super fast delivery (we only needed 2 boxes). The quality for price was brilliant, they look great. My husband said they were super easy to cut and lay. I've even run the vacuum over them with no issues. Lovely length pile soft but durable. Couldn't be happier.”

“Great service - ordered on Sunday, shipped Monday, delivered on Tuesday by DPD within the advised time window, with no problems and no damage. Very pleased with the carpet tiles, which are of good quality and easy to work with. Finished room looks great.”

“Excellent experience with this Company. The website is very informative and it was very quick to receive a sample. And when my chosen tiles had a slight delay on delivery I was immediately informed with suggested alternatives if I didn't want to wait. I chose an alternative and received them very quickly; packed well and in perfect condition. Highly recommended.”

“Generally a very good all round service. Only issue I had was the packaging wasn't strong enough for 20 carpet tiles. One pack arrived with the courier's (DPD) packing tape around one end that had split open. Some tiles were damaged but DCTUK offered to replace but I managed to use those where I needed edge tiles as able to cut out the damaged edges.”

“Plenty of samples sent. Match my carpet service is really helpful. Fast delivery. No complains. Only cons is that website could be a little clearer on which products can be ordered in half box and which cannot and prevent you from doing so.”
