“As always, DCTUK were able to help me with my order, provide excellent pricing and supply multiple samples next day. When a slight change in our timeline meant I needed the tiles a day earlier than anticipated, Heather in the sales team and Kerry in Dispatches managed to rearrange with no fuss or bother. “Whilst I was really happy about the quality of the product, unfortunately the delivery experience was disappointing and hugely inconvenient, after the delivery date was confirmed then changed twice with late notice, as the carpet had apparently been mislaid.”

“No hesitation in recommending this company. Second time I have purchased from them, on both occasions kept me informed on expected dispatch dates. Delivery was within a few days of placing my order. On second purchase I needed to speak to the company to see whether they could do a price match. They could so happy to give them the order. I found the staff, both on an online chat and subsequent telephone call to be really pleasant and equally helpful.”

“Terrible customer service on our last order. Vinyl was cut to an incorrect size by the factory - we were blamed as having cut it and at no point were we treated as being right. Ross Smith hung up on our call when requesting a refund for a returned roll and waited several weeks (turned into months) to get the refund when the factory confirmed they had cut it wrong. DCTUK had to have a refund before we did?? Very poor!!!!!! and cost us money in having to send a fitter back to site to correct after being made to buy another roll! very hesitant to ever use again”
