“After asking for samples and waiting over a week for them to arrive, we made an order, after 2 days we were called to say the website had an error by asking per tile instead of per box, so we were asked to pay more, I didn't think we should as it is an error on their end, but my wife paid it. Only then to have another phone call another 2 days later telling us our order was out of stock and will take 2 weeks, we said ok, then got another call day later saying it would take 4 weeks! We cancelled the order, my wife had to call them nearly a week later to prompt for our refund, which happened then the next day.”

Hi Steve thanks for your review and sorry for the issues you've had. We actually totally agree with you, the wait was too long - mainly because they were shipped in from Belgium. We've now decided to stock the collection you ordered because of it's popularity so if you order with us again you can expect next day delivery. “Needing to replace a carpet in our hallway that had separated its pile from the mesh backing, carpet tiles seemed to be a good alternative and having used DCTUK previously I had no hesitation in using them again. I selected the Nouveau Home Comforts tiles along with the appropriate underlay tiles and can only say that the whole transaction was handled efficiently and quickly. Tip: use a profile gauge for door frames for a perfect fit.”

“Nice to speak to and easily bettered a price from another supplier. Have decided to return what we ordered but have now been informed that there's a 30% restocking fee, which seems particularly unreasonable.”
