“I contacted DCTUK about a year ago to request samples. These were supplied and they followed up to check I had everything I needed. When I finally got around to ordering a small amount the service was exemplary. Keenly priced and delivered ahead of schedule to the Isle of Wight. I will soon be placing a larger order and am confident their excellent service will be just as good this time. Recommended.”

“We had a carpet fitted by Greg and Steve, at RNIB in Gateshead. The work started on a Friday afternoon and concluded on Sunday. The 2 fitters were exceptional at what they did and the end result was brilliant.”

“My carpet tiles were not in stock but I was happy to wait until stocks arrived. The predicted delivery was fulfilled exactly as scheduled and they are now laid in my kitchen. Feel that the company can be trusted to deliver and to fulfil their promises.”

“Easy website, samples arrived even quicker than expected. Was contacted by a team member who provided a quote. We decided to complete an additional space so requoted. Agreed purchase by email with the team member; paid through the link following that, tiles delivered next day, and look good quality. Couldn't ask for a better service.”
