“Fab customer service and super speedy delivery. I ordered some flooring from them but was going to cancel as I found it cheaper elsewhere- but they price matched- even beating the other price. They refunded the difference promptly and the flooring arrived the day after I ordered it. Amazing! Would definitely recommend!”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered and received the carpet tiles next day. Sadly the adhesive was held up by DPD, no fault of DCTUK. Customer service was amazing, Chris L was in contact everyday to chase it up, then because of an issue at DPD depot sent me another to arrive next day. Absolutely awesome, Chris went out of his way to help and even took time out of his weekend to chase up the adhesive and make sure all was good. Customer service like this is literally impossible to find, DCTUK were very impressive. Would definitely use again in future, highly recommended. As for the tiles, they are great, exactly as described on site and were an amazing price. Doing carpet tiles in flat as it's a massive cost saving, and easier to fit.”
