“I was really excited to find DCT; our contractor used their products in our original build and we have (and will) continue to use them for replenishments as we make improvements. While our order wasn't problem-free, DCT did work with us to fix it and Ross went above and beyond to sort it with their distributor so that we were minimally impacted. I have a feeling that Ross did this during his off-hours which we greatly appreciate. DCT is a prime example of why supporting small businesses is a win for everyone. Also, call Zak if you need to make a purchase; he'll help you figure out exactly what you need and make sure you're ordering correctly. Thanks, team.”

“What a company, I took up the offer of six free carpet tile samples which I ordered on Wednesday round about 5:30 pm and they have been delivered today Thursday by 10:30 am in my book that is excellent customer service and goes above and beyond or the companies would certainly and highly recommend”

“Excellent product and service. Last Sunday I ordered a sample of Forbo Surestep Laguna and, because it was a free sample, I expected a small piece in an envelope dropping through the letter box in a week or so. But… it arrived this morning (Wednesday) via Royal Mail 48 hr tracked service, A4 ish size and boxed carefully. The size means I get the full impression of its thickness, slip resistance, colour and pattern. The care and speed with which my order was dealt with means I will be buying from DCTUK with confidence. I am really delighted!”
