“When you are not sure what will match, you can only really make a choice when you see the options in situ. That is why I like the dctuk free sample service - it really helps make a difference. Thanks!”

“The team were great, sorting out some delivery issues (not their fault!). Love the funny comments on the website which made the shopping experience really fun. Great product as expected (this is my third purchase), now I just have to get the tiles fitted. Thanks for great service.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to Chloe for all of her help throughout the still on going process. She has been incredibly patient whilst we are still working with our client to establish exactly which carpet tiles they want. Samples provided free of charge whenever requested, information and knowledge has been great. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she has always been on hand to answer questions and provide guidance. Communication and support has been spot on!”

“I placed a "free sample" order with yourselves for x4 Items on Tuesday 14th July 2026. The Balsan x1 244 Green and the x1 890 Purple. The delivery was super quick from the courier 5 Stars. The other x2 Samples the Heckmondwiike Hobnail x1 Purple & x1 Green were missing. Follow up phone call from Chris at dctuk.com, they were to be despatched seperatley. And would include some alternative colour shade choices. Good to see Customer Care counts above all else.”
