“I ordered carpet tiles which were unfortunately the wrong colour. The price offered for the return was very steep, luckily my son was able to post them back. I’m now awaiting my refund.”

“I ordered some tiles at a great price, delivery was quick but due to an error on my part they were sent to the wrong address, Ross Smith the despatch manager sorted re-collection and got them to me a day later! Customer service at its very best!! Thanks again Ross and DCTUK!!”

“Carpet tiles arrived in two seperate deliveries but on the same day.. it did say this may happen due to weight/size of delivery but everything arrived safely and I’m very happy with quality and price. Customer service is also very good with follow up emails ensuring your happy with products/delivery and service so over all easy and pleasant transaction”
