“First time customer (domestic) and have not been disappointed with both the service and the quality of the carpet tiles. The website was very easy to use and to place an order. Delivery was rapid and the tiles well packed. The tiles are described as ‘luxury’ and that is a good description making them perfect for a bedroom. They were easy to fit and provide a high quality finish.”

“I was very impressed - when I first rang to make my order I wasn’t sure exactly what I was after however Vanessa osman was very helpful and guided me through my options. My original choice of Millikan tile didn’t work because of the pack sizes ( I only needed 40 tiles) having decided to go elsewhere for a different floor solution Vanessa rang me back with an option to buy a very similar tile to my original choice and with a pack size that worked. There was a problem with the courier and one of the pack of tiles went missing- after a few days your company arranged for replacement pack to be sent out which duly arrived a few days later. All in all I received excellent service from DCTUK even though my order was relatively small - would definitely recommend you to others Thanks again to Vanessa Regards Trevor Nichols”
