“Ordered 27 carpet tiles over the bank holiday, but only 26 delivered, outstanding tile delivered in 24 hours. Customer service like this is rare, therefore I would highly recommend dctuk to anyone looking to buy carpet tiles. Altogether a first class company”

“Due to my Husbands disability deteriorating we have had to replace all our carpets in our home with carpet tiles because the power chair he now has to use churns all the carpets up we have completed most of the home with carpet tiles from yourselves and we are finishing off with the Lounge next week we have the Tiles just waiting for them to be laid all purchased from yourselves and we are very happy with all the other rooms so hopefully the Lounge will be just as good. We would like to thank Kerry Mottram for her input it was very helpful. Jennifer Andrews.”

“Very good selection of tiles. We chose 2 types for Hall/Kitchen and Lounge. Very pleased with the quality and appearance. Delivery was very quick and pelleted and on time. Will use again for remaining rooms”

“The product is excellent and fantastic quality. It was so easy to order. However, 7 out of the boxes that we ordered were damaged (although this could be an issue with the delivery company not dctuk?). Getting replacements were extremely easy and they were very apologetic. I'd recommend them and order from them again.”

“Kerry was brilliant, she was on hand to help with my questions and able to organise delivery for a suitable date. The carpet tiles we bought are beautiful, we have laid the coat toes and after a couple of times going over with the hoover you can hardly tell that we have tiles. Brilliant quality, good delivery times and customer service is second to none. Would definitely recommend.”
