“Initiall call to dctuk was really helpful. Samples sent which arrived really quickly, good samples which resulted in an order. The order arrived as promised via DPD. Have yet to fit tiles, but very impressed with the customer journey so far Well done guys 👍”

“The samples I selected arrived the next day. I received a call to see if I needed any assistance and a discount code to use when ordering. Having made my choice and placed the order the carpet tiles were swiftly delivered. The tiles are easy to lay and cut to fit using a steel rule and a Stanley knife. All completed within a day and the room now looks good and the carpet should last for years. Will definitely buy from DCTUK again, excellent service.”

“Service up to the point of ordering was excellent, once the order was placed, communication was a little more difficult (unless I went through the original sales person) and the delivery was a day late.”
