“very straightforward and to the point, got samples within a few days and complete order totally what I asked for! I was well satisfied with ......products and service, and my carpet tiles are good quality and hardwearing......or so they seem....they look great, thanks DCTUK”

“My DCTUK started on their website after searching for "Discount Carpet Tiles". From here I used their LIVE-CHAT portal and spoke to a member of their sales team. They answered all my questions fully and promptly which sped up my order dramatically. After I was completely ready to go ahead with my order, the member of the DCTUK team that I was having a LIVE-CHAT called me in person and we processed my order. My carpet tiles arrived on the date and time I was given and they look great now they're down. I have ordered carpet tiles from different suppliers before and paid a lot more for them. These tiles are just as good quality (if not better!!) and its a lesson learnt in regards to where I shop in the future. DCTUK have just earned themselves a loyal customer, I cannot recommend enough!!”

“From initial contact with the company to after delivery the whole team were exceptional. There was a minor error with the materials supplied but it was fixed within 2 days. Product ordered one day and delivered the next. I cannot rate then high enough.”

“I ordered 29 brown coloured tiles and 32 straw coloured tiles. The straw coloured ones arrived in good condition in 2 boxes. However the brown ones arrived damaged and due to being packed in one box that was suitable for only for 20 tiles. 27 of the 29 tiles were damaged. I was able to use some but needed 12 replacement but it took over a week to get replacements and delayed the completion of our room. Next time I'll use B&Q as they have the same tiles.”

“I ordered the wrong tiles and one phone call later and they sent out the right ones for me no trouble the man on the phone was very polite and friendly. Very affordable and the tiles look perfect in my hallway.”

“Ordered tiles, didn't have enough of what I was looking for, sent me a more expensive tile ( same cost) so I could get job done, excellent service and product, highly recommend .”
