“Searched numerous web sites for the right colour/design I envisaged. Your site was the only one that offered exactly what I wanted. It could not get better than that could it.? Oh yes it did. I stood up after placing the order and the phone rang, it was your driver to arrange next day delivery.I could not believe it. Product arrived on time next day. The tiles themselves are of excllent quality and look great in situ. First class service so very well done to all involved.”

“We were really pleased with the whole experience - selecting and receiving carpet tile samples was super quick, then the ordering process was easy. You were proactive in asking if I had any questions or wanted help with the quote. Queries were answered promptly, and we were kept informed of key dates and delivery times. Your emails made me smile, who knew there's so much to get excited about when you buy carpet tiles! The only snag was that the packing boxes had broken apart (point forward for your warehouse people!), but you sent us extra tiles the next day to make up for any damaged ones. We're not floor laying experts but we managed it easily with the adhesive you recommended, and so far they look great! Thanks.”

“Delivery was very quick. Noveau cosy toes tiles were easy to lay and look really good. However a couple of boxes had tiles where the edge had been impacted and bent. Presumably due to the carrier. Some of these however were able to be used around edges and just reduced the number of spares about eight in total. Thought you should know Apart from this very satisfied Many thanks”

“Excellent service . Ross was especially helpful and helped me choose an alternative to the ones I ordered by mistake. The alternative was slightly cheaper too ! Money refunded the next day.
