“Ordered tights and a leotard for my granddaughter for Christmas. Excellent service. Cannot review quality as a gift, although this is a company my granddaughter uses. Disappointed her size in other leotards were out of stock.”

“The site has been relatively easy to navigate and the price for the product I was looking for was very reasonable compared to other places. I was somehow not able to pay by credit card however bank transfer was successful and very efficient. I wish there were more sizing guides to reference for accessories and not just clothing. I would love for there to be more variety in leotards and more descriptions on which pointe shoes would fit specific criteria of dancers and their feet. Looking forward to purchasing from you again”

“Unfortunately the wrong size was sent out by mistake despite it being correct size on the order and invoice BUT this was rectified very quickly and easily and correct item arrived promptly. They were very easy to contact, none of this sitting on hold for ages or using online chat like a lot of companies. Would have got 5 stars if not for the mistake but I cannot fault how they dealt with it and quickly rectified the issue. Will definitely use them again.”

“Ordering and payment very user friendly and easy to use. Delivery in good time. Unfortunately the shoes were a bit small, however, return and exchange for a larger size was easy and efficient and I am now awaiting the delivery of my karger shoes.”

“Great products and prices are very competitive only downside is the £3.95 delivery but this is actually pretty standard cost for most online purchases these days, and actually returns are free so that’s very helpful.”

“The knee pads left red sores on the backs of my knees from the stitching. Even if you run your fingers around the stitching it’s not smooth. Have had to wear something underneath them which is not ideal. Disappointed.”
