“Ordered knee pads. Delivery was exactly as they said so they came in time for what I needed. Great quality considering the price. Really thick, protective knee pads. Only downside is the sizing is too small despite me measuring so they don't sit well on my knees.”

We are pleased that you liked your purchases, but sorry you were not happy with the wait for the returned goods. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded within 14 days of the return being processed.
