“My daughter didn’t get to enjoy her purchase as the wrong shoes were sent to me. It then took too long to resolve the issue and I had to purchase a pair elsewhere- not the ones I wanted, but time was an issue.”

I am sorry you were sent the wrong shoes. The team dealt promptly with the issue but as time was critical we were unable to rectify it as quickly as you wanted. The credit for the shoes has been processed.
