“Ordered twice from you. Each time requested the next day delivery option you offer, (payed more to use the option each time) on both occasions haven’t received the delivery next day even though both times I ordered first thing tin the morning before the cut off time. If you can’t provide the service then simply don’t offer it and definitely don’t charge more for a service you cent provide”

I am sorry your parcel did not arrive the next day. We received your order on the 3rd and despatched it the same day on a 24 hour Fedex delivery. I can see from the tracking that they did not deliver it until the 5th. I am sorry but once the courier has the parcel it is out of our hands and we have no influence over the delivery. Please send an email to customer services who will arrange to refund the extra postage payment you made.

I am sorry the tutu is not as expected. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they are not as expected. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

“Really good quality ballerina shoes. The tights came and looked orange instead of pink however trust the process and tried them on! They were a perfect pale pink while on! I was pleasantly surprised”
