I ordered some shoes but had made a mistake in ordering. I e- mailed to ask about the return of goods, and got no reply. So I had to just post them back and hope I get a refund.

I ordered shoes and they came in the wrong size despite me entering the correct one. The next pair I ordered did not fit but there was nothing on the website to indicate that you needed to order a size up from your normal size. The website states that you will receive a full refund on returned goods but this does not include postage so it isn't really a full refund.

Received wrong item and returns are quite difficult would be so much easier if a returns slip was given with the order without having to print it and find all the information myself.

Shoes arrived 2 weeks and 1 day after ordering. I paid extra for next day delivery and got in touch with you when they didn't arrive. I was told they would be here within 7 days and that the next day delivery charge would be refunded - it has NOT been refunded! Very disappointing

The item was too small so I returned asking for an exchange for a bigger size, in 2 weeks I had not heard anything so telephoned to be advised that a refund had been made (which was good) but that they had missed my instruction to exchange and that I would have to re-order therefore having to pay another P&P fee.... I went elsewhere I'm afraid !

Delivery was disappointing which is more a problem with Fedex than First Position, but unfortunately as it's the delivery company you use it reflects on you. I paid for next day delivery but the order arrived a day late. I tracked the parcel on the Fedex site and it said that a delivery had been attempted and a card left. But as I had stayed in all day to receive the parcel, this wasn't true. Fedex arranged to deliver the next day. I asked them not to leave it at the house if I wasn't in, and to leave it with a neighbour. I was assured that a parcel would never be left on the doorstep as it had to be signed for. So I was surprised to see the parcel sitting on the doorstep when I returned home. Clearly not signed for! Unfortunately the products I ordered don't fit and will need to be returned, but from a quality point of view they seem to be value for money.

I was not happy with this service due to the fact I requested and paid for a next day delivery and did not get one. On the day on deliver (Friday) there was no sign of the deliver then to my amazement on Saturday night a postage note was stuck to my entrance stating that my package was attempted to be delivered on Friday at approximately 12:30. Eventually my sons tap dancing shoes arrived on Wednesday Over three working days late.

Sent me totally the wrong shoes so now iv got to faff about sending them back to get a refund. Went out and bought the shoes I needed from an actual shop in the meantime should have done that in the first place! Man on the phone not very helpful or apologetic.

Wrong items revived, no response to emails sent or voicemails left. Have returned items. Delivery was good and prompt but I'm disappointed in the customer service.
