I wasn't very impressed that you are required to print your own returns labels or pay own postage. When I explained I had a printer malfunction I was repeatedly told to go to the library I explained I am a busy Mum with 3 children including a 6 month old baby, and that it would take me at least half an hour in our library so this wasn't an option yet was continually asked "so do you think you can print it out." I again said this wasn't an option, requested they send me a returns label and was again told no, and asked if I could print! A customer service advisor who found it hard to listen. Ended up funding returns postage myself. Would not order from again.

Unfortunately the order did not arrive on the specified day hich I paid extra for. The items themselves are lovely but are having to be sent back as they didn't arrive on time.

Thank you for your review. I have looked into this further for you and can view that your delivery was unfortunately delayed due to a lorry breaking down which was transporting the parcels to the depot. I can see that you were contacted and notified as to when the parcel would be delivered. unfortunately an incident like this is out of our hands. I will request for your delivery fee to be refunded. We hope you still continue to shop with us in the future :)

The items were far too small compared to the sizes given on the website in relation to leotard sizes. Unfortunately, due to being underwear I can't return these.

Ok price.quick delivery. However the jazz shoes smell like they are made from a synthetic material and not leather so I am not very happy about this and I doubt I will buy from your u again.

Order didn't go through properly had to re order pay £5 for express delivery and wrong item was delivered . Had to be sent out the next day and other item returned.

The item (bra) arrived really quickly and in plenty of time. However, one of the loops of material which the strap hooks into broke second time of wearing.

The dance sneaker I ordered was around 3 sizes too small, I had to return them but had to download the return form and had to have it printed off at a cost of £2.30, so much for free postage return, I had allready paid postage on the item. I suggest you enclose a return form in your parcels in future.

The reasoning for printing the label off is so you dont have to pay for the return postage aswell as the delivery for your parcel. We will take this into account. Order and delivery no problem at all. Returns the opposite, unable to trace returned items, frustrating that although as expected immediate payment for purchases, 14 days for refund to be credited, unacceptable in my view.

I ordered some shoes but had made a mistake in ordering. I e- mailed to ask about the return of goods, and got no reply. So I had to just post them back and hope I get a refund.

I ordered shoes and they came in the wrong size despite me entering the correct one. The next pair I ordered did not fit but there was nothing on the website to indicate that you needed to order a size up from your normal size. The website states that you will receive a full refund on returned goods but this does not include postage so it isn't really a full refund.

Received wrong item and returns are quite difficult would be so much easier if a returns slip was given with the order without having to print it and find all the information myself.

Shoes arrived 2 weeks and 1 day after ordering. I paid extra for next day delivery and got in touch with you when they didn't arrive. I was told they would be here within 7 days and that the next day delivery charge would be refunded - it has NOT been refunded! Very disappointing

The item was too small so I returned asking for an exchange for a bigger size, in 2 weeks I had not heard anything so telephoned to be advised that a refund had been made (which was good) but that they had missed my instruction to exchange and that I would have to re-order therefore having to pay another P&P fee.... I went elsewhere I'm afraid !
