“I enjoy wearing my Capezio Hanami Piroette half shoes SO much, they fit like second skin so thank you to Dance Direct. The delivery was longer than I expected but they still came very protected and safe .”

“I have ordered x-over but unfortunately it was too small for my daughter. I made return but I never got anything back yet, despite it’s been very long time since I returned it back. They don’t have phone number to find out how return process is going, and it’s very annoying.”

I am sorry you have not had any communication about your return. Please send an email to hello@dancedirect.com with the tracking number of your return and they will chase it up for you. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

“The ballet shoes came up very small and we had to return for a bigger size. However, quality was very good. And returns process was super simple”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I am pleased to hear that you found the returns process simple.

“I ordered leotards for my daughters RAD dance examination, which is imminent. Dance Direct were the only stockist who had the right size and colour in stock for both my daughter and her friend. The ordering process was very easy and the products were deliver in less than 48 hours. Brilliant quality items and well packed for delivery. Will certainly be using Dance Direct again!!!”
