“Very happy customer - my body suit arrived, it was perfect, apart from the missing spare straps. I sent an email, and got a very swift response - and my replacement straps arrived a few days later. If only every online company were this easy to deal with ! Many thanls”

I am sorry the bonnet was not as expected. Please send a photo to hello@dancedirect.com so we can investigate the discrepancy. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy and you can return it with a free Royal Mail returns label. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

You can check if it has been received by us by checking the tracking number you were given when you posted the parcel back to us. We are unable to individually contact everyone to say their parcel has been received but your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt by us.

“Needed size 6 white Cuban tap shoes with teletone taps. Managed to get the shoes which are great unfortunately the taps are out of stock. Would be helpful if both were available as cannot wear the shoes yet without the correct taps”

“Item quality ok, sizing terrible. The website said EU 41 Uk 8.5 ?! An EU 41 is a size 7 Imposdible to guess if you should go for EU or UK sizing to get the right one”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
