“Products - not bad quality . Customer service very poor. My parcel was delivered to my neighbour. She did not bother to return it to me and opened my bag, probably wanted to keep my order. I emailed this company to be told they were going to do an investigation and find where my parcel was delivered? Where? To my address that was my neighbours' address. What a joke! I assume that the answer would have been: "we have investigated and the parcel was delivered to the address, sorry, goodbye, thank you for ordering from us." I have asked to be given the company's phone number and they omitted this question. I would not recommend this company mainly because if the order is delivered at the wrong address, they will just do an investigation with the post...nothing more. No regrets, no worries, no refunds and hiding their phone number. I understand not your fault for parcel being delivered at the wrong address but your answers could definitely be warmer and more reassuring!”

I am sorry you have had problems with Royal Mail delivering to the wrong address. I understand that the Customer Relations Manager has been in touch with you with a full explanation of our undelivered parcel procedures.

“Dance direct is a high-quality dance wear brand and I have previously purchased several items that are all up to high standards. One of my purchases was a ballet leotard and the material is absolutely impeccable and sweat doesn’t show on the leotard . So far I have washed it multiple times: the colour hasn’t faded, the material hasn’t dried out and it still looks brand new! Overall, I would rate all of plume dance wear a 5 out of 5.”

“The order was smooth and was given a 10% discount for the first order. However the size was too small for her so wanted exchange. But the system didn’t allowed it so I purchased a bigger size. And still waiting for the refund for the first one!”

“I was very disappointed at how long it took to despatch and deliver a small packet of hairpins after paying what I believe to be an eye-watering delivery charge which could have been sent in the ordinary post.”

Thank you for the review. We despatch within 3 days of ordering and use a tracked 48 hour delivery service so we can be sure that your parcels are delivered. This applies to all orders no matter what the size and gives peace of mind to our customers as they can track the progress of the parcel themselves. It is good to see that you liked the pins.
