We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. If you want to return it please see the section Returns on the Dance Direct website which will tell you what to do.

“The tap shoes I ordered were way too small despite ordering a size bigger than my grand daughter is. I have emailed the company asking for someone to get back to me to let me know how I can return them for a larger size, but 7 days on I have not been contacted - disappointed.”

Thank you for the review. What a lovely picture. I am sorry the parcel took a few days to arrive but it was ordered just before the Bank Holiday when we were closed. We are currently despatching within 3 working days of the orders being placed.

We are doing everything we can to exceed expectations in terms of delivery, and at the moment we are despatching within 3 working days from order placement. It appears that the main problem was you ordered just before the Bank Holiday which added extra time to the despatch date. You should have received a confirmation email once the parcel was despatched with the Tracking Number so you can trace its journey.
