“Delivery of the item was very quick. Unfortunately the shoes were too small so I returned them. They were delivered back to dance direct on 6th February …this is now 14th February and I’ve yet to even get a confirmation email from them to say they’ve received the return let alone a refund.”

“Very fast delivery, items usually as described and in a very handy dance bag with a hanger which adds a special touch and keeps the costumes protected. I did encounter a fault on one of the dresses I ordered, however the matter was dealt with immediately and fantastic service. Thank you”
