“First class service from start to finish! My last minute order was fulfilled and dispatched promptly so arrived in plenty of time, using the next day delivery option. The costume was excellent quality and looked amazing. I ordered two different sizes and used the free returns for the one that didn’t fit. My return was processed and monies refunded quickly. Well done Dance Direct, I wish more online companies were like you. Will definitely use you again and can’t recommend you highly enough!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩”

“I received no confirmation of the order. I used the contact us form twice and received no reply. My delivery eventually turned up.”

“Good product and delivery but two payments were taken on my card (though promptly refunded) and returning was a little faffy.”

I have spoken to the Customer Service team and they responded to your query about 2 payments having been taken stating "We can only see one payment for this amount. Is it possible that the second payment was just reserved but has been released back into your account?" We made the Returns Process as simple as possible and the section Returns on the Dance Direct website explains the process in full.

“The returns seem to take a very long time to be sorted. I have two returns I’m waiting on at the moment and no correspondence from dance direct. Bit poor.”

We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days. If you have not received anything in that time period please contact hello@dancedirect.com who will help you.

“Recently bought on DD after many years as my daughter has joined the ballet family! Better yet, I am her teacher. It was a beautiful full circle moment. All items bought were delivered quickly and fit perfectly. Quality service as I remeber it from when I was dancing many years ago.”

“Amazing quality, beautiful dresses and a great selection on their website. Quick delivery and all clothes were well packaged. Sadly, I had to return some as they didn’t fit, however the return process was very easy and the refund was sorted quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.”
